Oh how happy is my body
When it is healthy.
The rules to keep your body are easy you see.
Just listen to me.
If you don’t eat too much,
That’s one step ahead.
You also get some sunlight,
Water, and some moonlight
Is good too.
You also do some hard work,
Then you’ll be healthiest.
You also get rest,
Then you can be your best.
Last step and final is
A lot of running, jumping, and skipping.
So you see,
The steps are easy-peasy lemon squeezy
